What I'm looking for
I’m a finance analyst with hands-on customer service experience, focused on turning financial and operational information into clear decisions. I combine finance & analysis with process thinking to help teams move toward business objectives.
In my finance analyst role at Juhudi kilimo, I supported decision-making by preparing financial and management reports, conducting variance and cost analysis, and helping cross-functional teams with financial and operational insights. I also managed budgets aligned with organizational objectives and visited customers to provide the support they needed.
Earlier, at Nema holdings, I supported financial planning, coordination, and operational activities while also handling customers’ complaints and assisting customers in choosing products that suited them best. That blend of finance discipline and customer-first service is how I stay practical, responsive, and improvement-oriented.
I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business and Office Management at Technical University of Mombasa, and my coursework includes Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, taxation, accounting, and office administration. I also completed a project on how social media influence affects consumer purchasing decisions, using research through questionnaires and surveys.
