At Ministry of Works Malaysia (JKR), I developed and reviewed BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500 for government building and construction delivery projects. I coordinated MEP, architectural and structural information, and reviewed consultant and contractor models against project standards and ISO 19650-aligned practices.
For my MSc Advanced Engineering Management at the University of Birmingham, I completed an existing-building refurbishment case study using FARO terrestrial laser scanning, Autodesk ReCap Pro and Autodesk Revit. I used Revizto with an iPad for AR-based verification against physical conditions, then used the verified BIM as the basis for a community-centre refurbishment proposal.
