What I'm looking for

I seek a civil engineering role where I can lead QA/QC and rectification teams, apply cost estimation skills, and deliver projects to client specifications in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

I am a civil engineer with hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control, project supervision, and cost estimation for building projects. I have led rectification workflows for repossessed units, validated warranty defects, prepared costed rectification scopes and billing documents, and coordinated closely with contractors to deliver work to client specifications.

I previously ensured units met required standards through testing and commissioning of MEFPS services, prepared management quality reports, and assisted municipal engineering projects with cost estimates and inspections. I am proactive, data-driven, and skilled at building collaborative teams to apply engineering principles and innovative solutions to complete projects on time and to spec.
