I’m looking for a senior commercial role where I can lead merchandising, sales, and business development—building distribution and brands, managing key accounts and teams, and delivering sustainable revenue and profitability across FMCG and hospitality markets.

I’m a seasoned Sales, Marketing and Business Development leader with over 30 years of experience across FMCG, retail, distribution, and resort sectors in Fiji, the Pacific, and the Maldives. I’ve built my career on driving revenue growth, launching and strengthening brands, and growing distribution that consistently improves market penetration.

In my most recent role as National Merchandising Manager at Punja & Sons Ltd, I focused on commercial leadership and merchandising execution that supports profitability. I’ve also led business outcomes across resort and hospitality settings as a Business Head Resorts, and delivered strong sales and marketing performance in senior roles including Commercial Manager–International Business, Regional Sales Manager–Pacific, and GM Sales & Marketing.
