At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I implement CI/CD pipelines and customize deployment workflows for client requirements. I use Jenkins, GitHub, and AutoSys to support build and release flows.

For Prudential insurance, I deployed infrastructure and application components within AWS and delivered scripts for system health checks, resource data collection, and patch validation. I also managed Linux and Windows configurations and SSL certificate deployments.

I support production operations through monitoring with Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch, and use root cause analysis to address recurring issues. My work has also included change management, capacity reviews, and audit readiness.
