At CAW Studios, I designed and deployed outbound conversational AI voice agents for complex customer interactions across multiple industries. I partnered with clients to turn business requirements into structured conversational scripts and worked with AI engineers to optimize model performance.
I engineered multilingual AI-powered bots supporting up to four languages, using prompts in Markdown and JSON to improve conversational accuracy and edge-case handling. I also led execution and monitoring of call campaigns involving 100+ contacts.
At Amazon, I designed prompts and evaluated LLM and generative AI behavior across use cases. I assessed model responses for accuracy, safety, and usefulness, and edited suboptimal outputs for model improvement and fine-tuning workflows.
My work at Amazon also included multimodal evaluation across text, audio, and image pipelines, including transcription, text-to-speech comparison, and image hallucination detection. Earlier, I worked in content writing and paid search analysis, including Google Ads performance reporting and competitor analysis.
