What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into Generative AI and Agentic AI roles where I can build practical, user-focused RAG, LLM, and multi-agent solutions while applying responsible AI practices.

I build practical Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that turn business requirements into user-focused experiences. My work combines an MBA in Finance with research, content development, business communication, and problem-solving experience.

I built a RAG-based e-commerce customer-support chatbot using LangChain, FAISS, OpenAI Embeddings, and GPT-4o-mini, implementing document loading, chunking, vector search, and top-k retrieval. I also developed a CrewAI multi-agent workflow for returns, refunds, damaged products, delayed deliveries, and escalations.

My projects include LLM and NLP applications using Hugging Face and Gensim for text generation, tokenization, question answering, sentiment analysis, and semantic analysis. I'm trained in prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
