I want to work in a creative, challenging environment using cutting-edge technologies, learning continuously, driving automation in security operations, and safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

I’ve been working at PwC since May 2023, handling security monitoring and operations in a 24x7 SOC. I use Microsoft Azure Sentinel to manage daily incidents, analyze logs, and create alarms for incident detection.

On each shift, I monitor the Sentinel dashboard for critical events across supported environments, perform investigations, and provide first-level threat response. I also handle the incident lifecycle—identification, containment, root cause analysis, and recommending preventive and corrective controls—then close incidents within SLA using ServiceNow.

I’ve supported incident response through malware analysis, brute-force analysis, and phishing email analysis, and I schedule vulnerability scans on client networks with Tenable Nessus. I document tickets with required actions, run weekly/monthly customer review calls, and help move recurring alert workflows via SOPs and runbooks.
