I’m a Finance and Accounts professional with hands-on experience setting up and managing end-to-end finance functions, ERP implementations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. I’m known for strengthening financial controls, analytics, and stakeholder coordination to support business growth.

At Sundaram Composite Structures Private Limited, I established and managed the entire finance function as a sole team member during the company’s setup phase. I handled end-to-end accounting, capital expenditure tracking, and statutory documentation, and led the ERP migration from Tally to SAP Business One across finance, inventory, production, and sales modules.

I prepared monthly financial statements, MIS, and variance analysis, and delivered financials for Limited Review and statutory audits in compliance with Ind AS. I also developed annual budgets and forecasts including CapEx and OpEx planning, and prepared management decks for Board members.

I ensured statutory compliance including TDS, GST, Income Tax Returns, Annual GST Returns, and MOOWR customs submissions, and coordinated with group companies for consolidated reporting and regulatory requirements. Earlier, during my CA articleship at M.R. Narain & Co, I supported statutory audits, tax audits and ITR filings, maintained and reviewed books of accounts, performed physical verification of fixed assets, and assisted in credit audits for banks.
