I'm currently providing intensive mental health treatment for adolescents and their families at George Junior Republic, including individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and advocacy.

Previously, at Crossroads Counseling, I delivered school-based therapy for K–12 students experiencing mental health and substance abuse concerns. I provided individual, group, and family therapy while assessing level of care, tracking treatment progress, and coordinating with referral sources.

My clinical work includes assessment, treatment and discharge planning, substance abuse therapy, comorbidity treatment, documentation, and caseload management for adult and adolescent clients.

I use CBT, EFT, trauma-focused and trauma-informed approaches, motivational interviewing, family-based counseling, reality therapy, educational and support-focused approaches, and Triple P. I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents and supporting families through treatment.
