At Oliver Manufacturing, I manage approximately 60 customer orders per week, including orders valued up to approximately $20,000, from quote through fulfillment. I coordinate with production, suppliers, accounting, shipping, and customers to manage order requirements and delivery schedules.
I research parts and equipment information, cross-reference part numbers and specifications, and resolve discrepancies. I also coordinate freight, export documentation, and supplier lead times to support order fulfillment.
In the U.S. Army, I supported Supply Support Activity operations and more than 100 weekly shipment and logistics transactions. I conducted physical inventories, investigated discrepancies, and maintained supply records using GCSS-Army and SARSS.
After being promoted to Sergeant, I assigned daily work to approximately 5–9 Soldiers, trained personnel, and reviewed completed tasks. I also worked as a Bail Bond Agent at Rivera Bail Bonds, managing client and transaction documentation.
