What I'm looking for

I’m looking for meaningful seasonal outdoor work where I can stay active, be useful, and feel part of the community—bringing practical property care, camp/resort operations, and event support with calm, observant execution.

I do my best work outdoors, on practical projects, and in places where people look out for each other. I’m calm, observant, and good at noticing what needs attention—then taking ownership to get it done once I understand the goal.

Right now, I lead hands-on maintenance, restoration, and common-area improvement projects for a self-managed 7-unit HOA as Facilities & Property Improvement Manager / Maintenance Committee Chair. I plan projects, source materials, coordinate vendors, communicate with homeowners, and execute improvements like wood fencing restoration and metal gate/railing rust remediation and protective finish work.

My outdoor operations background includes seasonal camp work, where I mentored campers ages 6–18, supported meals and daily safety, and safely transported groups of 16+ on passenger van trips while adapting to weather, schedules, and road conditions. I’ve also rotated through guest services, kitchen support, event setup, housekeeping, and boat-dock operations at a seasonal mountain resort to keep the guest experience smooth from front-of-house to back-of-house.

I bring logistics discipline from warehouse and supervisory experience—training 20–30 associates and helping resolve workflow, quality, and safety issues—and I combine that with event-ready service through professional DJ and event production. Across every role, I aim to deliver inclusive hospitality, practical problem-solving, and dependable execution in community-focused spaces.
