What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead renovation/construction projects end-to-end—coordinating schedules, teams, vendors, and budgets—while delivering strong quality, clear client communication, and efficient operations using ServiceM8, QuickBooks, and Excel.

I’m an Operations & Project Construction Management Coordinator / Project Manager who manages residential and commercial renovation projects from planning through completion. I coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and field teams across multiple job sites—while maintaining client Quality Control and on-time delivery.

I lead project timelines with budget control, cost estimation, and risk management. As the primary client contact, I resolve issues and keep communication steady throughout execution, using ServiceM8, QuickBooks, Excel, and project tracking systems to support budgeting, procurement, operational planning, and reporting.

Before joining my current role, I managed flooring and renovation projects through design, implementation, and sign-off phases, led project kick-off meetings, and tracked performance against schedules. I also bring environmental project experience from my Engineering Trainee work supporting sanitation, water treatment, and sewage infrastructure, including environmental monitoring and compliance—backed by my Environmental Engineering studies and ongoing PMP certification.
