Implemented multi-factor authentication on a proprietary model management and reallocation tool, strengthening security of $139B+ in platform assets while achieving compliance ahead of regulatory deadlines.

Served as a subject matter expert for trading tools, directly training advisors and supporting trading on the AssetMark platform. Led trading system improvements with robust testing/change control and documentation, and supported the TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab integration to minimize advisor disruption.

Traded daily across SMA model changes and client transactions, executing across multiple sponsors and processing step-out allocations to ensure timely bookings to end client accounts. Facilitated client onboarding for updated products/services and supported clients via daily calls and escalations during trading operations.

Defined and documented business requirements for APIs and UI components supporting model delivery and trading rotation, enabling onboarding of a new SMA/UMA client managing $25B+ in assets. Owned the AML database for SEI’s Dublin office, ensuring data integrity and access control aligned with global compliance standards.

Integrated Microsoft Excel and Tegra118 APL trading system to monitor/execute daily trading and allocate step-outs for $3B+ in assets across SMA and UMA clients. Built and maintained controls for 3,000+ SMA accounts using Excel/Access, and designed Access databases with a proprietary UI that enabled businesses to manage an additional $1B+ in assets.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Finance at Drexel University. Received a Dean's Scholarship and a congressional nomination to the United States Naval Academy.
