I lead factual investigations, witness interviews, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, court appearances, and settlement negotiations. I translate complex facts, legal exposure, and changing litigation risk into practical guidance for clients.
Previously, I served as sole in-house General Counsel at Regional First Title Group and represented plaintiffs in personal injury and complex civil litigation at The Whaley Law Firm. I bring experience in contracts, compliance, real estate transactions, dispute resolution, and high-volume contested matters.
