What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead end-to-end analysis for telecom or IT products, bridge business and engineering teams, improve processes and integrations, and deliver clear, testable requirements in Agile environments.

I've led end-to-end business analysis for Effortel, Cloud.ru, and Netcracker, translating telecom and IT requirements into functional specifications, integration designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tested delivery. At Netcracker, I supported Telefónica’s OSS/BSS transformation from discovery through go-live across five Central American countries.

I work closely with business, engineering, architects, and clients in Agile teams, using BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and integration tools to improve processes and products. I’ve also helped build low-code/no-code capabilities that reduced time-to-market roughly tenfold, and I use ChatGPT and Claude to make requirements documentation, test cases, and UAT scenarios faster and more accurate.
