At Old Mutual, I designed and implemented a Legislative Information Store that mapped regulatory requirements to operational business rules, integrating data from more than 30 Product Admin Systems. I also created traceability between automated risk-rating rules and the relevant legislative clauses.
I architected a compliance rules engine using IBM Operational Decision Manager to automate client risk rating and reduce manual AML/FATCA screening time by 70% across Life and Investment portfolios. I also supported a multi-stream migration of more than 2 million policyholder records to a unified cloud-based platform.
In my current Old Mutual Mass Foundation Cluster work via Headbyte Consulting, I’m designing a replacement front end for the sales journey and documenting its validation rules and integration with the existing PAS. I’ve also worked on compliance checks, RPA, data quality management, and data migrations across Old Mutual business areas.
