At Medical University of Vienna, I led independent biomedical research projects from study design through experimental work, analysis, interpretation, and reporting. I analyzed biological, single-cell transcriptomics, and imaging datasets using R and Python, including work that contributed to peer-reviewed publications on immune signatures and skin disease.

I also prepared manuscripts, scientific presentations, and responses to reviewers, and assessed studies for rigor and reproducibility. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Science with Data Analytics, building on my background in biomedical research, bioinformatics, and scientific communication.
