What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deliver high-impact MNCH, HIV/PMTCT, and immunization services while mentoring teams. I want a role that values MoH/donor standards, strong community linkages, and data-driven service improvement for better patient outcomes.

I am a Compassionate, dedicated, and highly experienced Registered Nurse (KRCHN) with over 15 years of clinical and public health experience across maternal and child health, HIV/PMTCT, reproductive health, immunization, mental health, and community health services. I bring strong capability in patient assessment, care planning, health education, and service delivery across diverse clinical settings, with a clear focus on patient-centered care.

In my recent roles, I lead HTS & PMTCT services by conducting HIV testing and counselling in ANC, labor/delivery, and PNC, supporting PrEP screening and linkage, and mentoring facility staff on PMTCT, FP integration, documentation, and adherence counselling. I also coordinate follow-up of mother–baby pairs, mobilize mothers for early clinic attendance, and use data reviews and dashboards to improve service delivery—building on earlier leadership in COVID-19 and routine immunization, nursing supervision, and health system operations.
