What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level legal services role to support civil litigation, draft and vet legal documents, and manage contingent liabilities—while growing through mentorship and structured legal processes.

I’m an LLB graduate with practical vocational training and hands-on experience in civil litigation, legal advisory, and state liability management through the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. I bring strong analytical ability and sound legal judgment to high-volume case files, especially under pressure.

In my legal services internship, I drafted internal and external memorandums and pleadings, conducted legal vetting of contracts, SLA’s, and MOUs, and issued instructions to State Attorneys on how matters should proceed. I also updated litigation reports, provided effective legal advice and opinions, and supported the full lifecycle of matters from inception to final stage.

I’ve managed contingent liabilities and state money losses (including Guardian’s Fund, fruitless and wasteful matters, transport matters and claims), monitored weekly meetings, and ensured accuracy through audit-ready data capturing on statistics registers. I’m dedicated to ongoing professional growth, compliance with legal procedures, and delivering clear recommendations within legal prescripts.
