What I'm looking for

I’m looking to train and evaluate Large Language Models using strong prompt design, rigorous response evaluation, and cross-lingual annotation in Persian and Turkic languages—building clear guidelines, rubrics, and high-quality datasets with an architecture mindset.

I’m a results-driven IT Solutions Architect with an M.Sc. in IT Management and 20+ years of experience in system design, team leadership, and technical instruction. I’m currently seeking a role as an AI Trainer/LLM Specialist, leveraging my technical architecture background, analytical thinking, IT management perspective, and cross-lingual expertise (Persian + Turkic languages) for training and evaluating Large Language Models.

Since 2006, I’ve designed and overseen software architectures across organizations—translating complex requirements into structured test scenarios, establishing quality assurance processes, and evaluating logical consistency in outputs (Java/MySQL). I directly apply the same mindset to AI response evaluation (factuality, relevance, clarity, and cultural appropriateness), and I’ve even designed and tested 20 Persian prompts around Iranian cultural concepts, documenting results for model fine-tuning.
