At JPMorgan Chase & Co., I lead BI and analytics delivery, developing executive dashboards and self-service reporting for business stakeholders. I design Tableau dashboards and reporting models, including row-level security.
I integrated OpenAI APIs with internal BI dashboards for a business-insights bot proof of concept and developed GPT-4-based KPI narratives in Power BI. I also built a Python and LangChain document-summarization tool for internal policy documents and ITSM data.
I coordinate delivery across business units with a 10–15-member team, including some direct reports. My work spans requirements and solution design through Agile development, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Earlier, at Sutherland Global Services Pvt. Ltd., I designed hospital revenue dashboards that reduced processing time by 40%. At Mahindra Satyam Pvt. Ltd., I built Qantas airline KPI dashboards and improved refresh times by 25%.
