As an independent IT consultant, I advise organisations on strengthening IT governance, managing technology risk and improving technology operations. I assess strategy, enterprise systems and operational resilience, then turn findings into practical improvement roadmaps and executive recommendations.
At Cairo Bank Uganda, I provided strategic and operational leadership across technology governance, enterprise applications, infrastructure and service management. I also oversaw critical banking technology and supported integration with telecommunications and mobile money ecosystems, including MTN and Airtel.
