At Richpanel, I lead 0→1 design for returns and exchange workflows used by e-commerce brands, from customer portals and agent review tools to automation and merchant policy settings. My revenue-retention experience helped merchants retain 40–60% of refund value, and I redesigned review flows to reduce review time by about 58% without affecting rejection accuracy.

Previously, I designed Geojit Flip for 200K+ retail investors, built its cross-platform design system, and used stakeholder interviews and A/B tests to improve key journeys. I also designed Simtuitive from the ground up for 1,000+ users across 10+ organizations, and increasingly ship product improvements directly through code using Claude Code.
