I am a Senior Credentialing Specialist with extensive experience managing end-to-end provider onboarding, credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers. I maintain accurate provider records in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, CMS, Availity, and payer portals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
I have independently managed complex, multi-state credentialing workflows in remote environments and served as primary payer liaison to resolve application deficiencies, enrollment issues, and status delays. I have supported more than 60 providers with credentialing and proactively monitor enrollment, licensure, and recredentialing deadlines to prevent participation gaps and revenue disruption.
I partner with revenue cycle management, operations, clinical staff, credentialing committees, and onboarding teams to initiate and manage payer contracts, assist with hospital privileging and license renewals, and maintain payer contracts and applicable state and federal requirements.
