What I'm looking for

I'm available for remote commercial HVAC estimating, take-off, quotation support, and HVAC coordination roles.

At The Encore Hotel, I coordinate engineering activities supporting HVAC-R, building services, utilities, maintenance, and operational readiness. I prepare technical reports and snagging records, follow up with contractors and suppliers, and support VRF/DVM maintenance and troubleshooting.

Previously, I worked on HVAC-R maintenance at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport and installed, serviced, and maintained commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment at Food Library by JIT. I bring practical equipment and materials knowledge to commercial HVAC estimating, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and quotation support.
