I've built and maintained automated testing for AIA Indonesia’s insurance mobile and web applications, covering agency and customer flows integrated with AS400 systems. I use Selenium WebDriver, Java, Playwright, Appium and Katalon Studio to turn manual cases into reusable regression, smoke, and data-driven automation.

Across BCA Digital, Bank BCA, UOB, ASTRA, BKKBN, and Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara, I've tested banking, lending, vehicle rental, population services, and claims systems.
