I am a customer-focused hospitality and retail professional with hands-on experience in bookstores, restaurants, and movie theaters across Tokyo. I handled sales, cashier duties, inventory organization, customer service, daily reporting, and social media and poster creation for a cinema.

I have experience in translation and editorial assistance, having exchanged emails and completed translation work for a magazine, translated pamphlets for a film festival, and created subtitles for a Japanese film.
