I hold a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia and have hands-on expertise in drafting, interpreting, and negotiating complex national and international transactions. My role as Head of Legal at the Lusaka Securities Exchange has allowed me to lead negotiations for high-value contracts and implement robust risk management practices.
