I’m looking for a procurement or inventory-focused role where I can own purchase order and invoice accuracy, coordinate with suppliers, and improve turnaround time through careful record-keeping and reliable workflow support.

I’m a Purchase Assistant with hands-on experience managing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating with suppliers to support timely delivery. I’m highly organized and proactive, and I care about efficiency and accuracy in fast-paced environments.

In my current role at Procon RMC Plants India Pvt Ltd., I prepare and process purchase orders and invoices with “100% accuracy,” maintain purchase records in Excel for audit readiness, and track orders to resolve discrepancies. I also support procurement activities like vendor comparison and order follow-up.

I bring strong attention to detail, time management for handling large data volumes, and the ability to work independently and remotely. I’m also committed to improving turnaround time in the purchase cycle by reducing invoice errors and keeping workflow smooth across purchasing and inventory operations.
