What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep building reliable, scalable AI quality evaluation and prompt workflows—especially for multimodal systems—while partnering with cross-functional teams to refine standards, document processes, and improve model performance.

I evaluate AI-generated image and video outputs at Handshake AI by scoring responses against user prompts for quality, accuracy, and issues like visual artifacts, motion consistency, temporal coherence, and audio synchronization.

Before that, I built and validated prompt-based workflows at Mercor, and for a decade at Cybage and eClerx I managed SEO content operations, multilingual delivery, and compliance documentation—then used those processes to develop AI-supported content optimization tools and consistent evaluation methodologies.
