What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow compliance leadership in a global organization—owning continuous monitoring, policy development, and investigations, partnering with executives and external auditors to strengthen ethics, risk controls, and culture.

I’m a Global Compliance Manager who leads ethics and compliance programs across LATAM and Oceania, aligning with global legal requirements including Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Sanctions, Gifts & Hospitality, Third-party Risk Management, Donations & Sponsorships, and Whistleblower channels. I designed end-to-end compliance initiatives—from risk assessment to Board-level policy approval—then implemented tools, controls, and training with continuous monitoring and measurable audit effectiveness.

I also build practical systems that scale across organizations, including drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for compliance monitoring tools and investigation dashboards, and owning the Continuous Compliance Monitoring (CCM) tool with global rollout support. Previously, I strengthened SOX/internal control processes as a Senior Analyst and delivered compliance/audit consulting as a Senior Internal Auditor, traveling globally to remediate risks and improve internal controls through clear action plans.
