I performed quality checks on data annotation and validation. I also supplied high-quality labeled data that enhanced ML model performance and reduced client-side errors.

I adapted to client work across insurance, trade, logistics, and consumer goods. When I identified data anomalies or technical concerns, I escalated them through the ticketing system.

At HelioNext, I reviewed loan applications and closing documents, verified applicant information, and processed loans in Encompass. I also provided email support and worked with internal teams on client-reported data and system issues.
