Naila Babayeva Ergün

I've delivered sports medicine care at the National Institute of Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation in Baku and led the medical team serving more than 3,000 athletes at the European Youth Olympic Festival.

At Marienhaus Klinikum Hetzelstift in Germany, I supported clinician–patient communication by translating and interpreting for foreign-language patients during assessment and treatment. I also bring rigorous documentation experience from WADA-compliant doping control, including sample collection and chain-of-custody requirements.

My academic work at Hacettepe University Hospital produced 20+ peer-reviewed publications across nutrition, performance, and musculoskeletal health, alongside chapters in Springer volumes. I've also coordinated international editorial work for a Springer book project and contributed to manuscript-review discussions at BMJ Open Sport & Exercise Medicine.

I'm now focused on medical translation, editorial work, and clinical documentation, combining medical training with professional communication in English, Turkish, Russian, and Azerbaijani.
