I’m looking for an entry-level analytics role where I can build Power BI dashboards, own KPI and stakeholder reporting, and turn engagement/operational data into clear business insights—while growing my analytics skills in a client-facing, impact-driven environment.

I bring experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, stakeholder reporting, and business insights across client-facing programs. I focus on transforming operational and engagement data into actionable insights through KPI tracking, trend analysis, and performance reporting.

In my Client Engagement Intern (Analytics) role at Goodera, I analyzed engagement, participation, and revenue data across 200+ CSR events to support stakeholder reporting and performance evaluation. I developed monthly impact reports and YTD business summaries used for client reviews and operational decision-making.

I’m strongest at turning messy inputs into clear outputs—generating insights through KPI tracking and trend analysis, and streamlining reporting formats for enterprise clients. I also supported analytical decks, business proposals, and revenue documentation with an emphasis on data accuracy and structured reporting.
