At Josef Müller Gemüse AG, I’m responsible for operational B2B order processing and coordinate work between Sales, Production, Logistics and external partners.
I manage SAP, ERP and EDI processes, analyze master data and interface errors, and work to identify root causes and resolve them. I also prepare Excel analyses and dashboards and optimize internal processes.
I enjoy understanding why workflows break down and finding the interdependencies behind errors. My work includes communicating with key customers, including Migros, and technically supervising a small team.
