At Faktavik, I designed and built an AI agent management platform for small construction businesses, with 75,000+ lines of code, six AI agents, and 189 business tools. It supports chat and voice, long-running tasks, agent handoffs, and client-branded business documents.
As COO and designer of Waka Orbit alongside Faktavik, I worked on an AI agent platform in production with approximately 40 FastAPI microservices and 1,000+ MCP tools. Earlier, as Operational Turnaround Director at Teleperformance Africa, I restructured eBay France customer service and worked with teams of up to 8,000 employees.
