On Elasticware, I built a multi-tenant AI customer support platform with an embeddable CDN widget, a real-time agent dashboard, and a RAG pipeline using Gemini and pgvector. I implemented tenant isolation with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security and a three-layer authentication model.
I migrated Elasticware from React Router to Next.js while preserving its real-time support workflow, and added Playwright end-to-end coverage. I also built Resumind, an AI-powered resume analyzer with Gemini and Groq Vision fallback; outside development, I provide English–French translation and subtitling for nonprofit and educational organizations.
