I'm currently supporting IT operations at Neom Connections in Dubai, where I perform initial security log checks, monitor system access, manage Active Directory accounts, troubleshoot DNS and VPN issues, and escalate potential incidents to Level 2 and SOC teams.
Previously at City Private School L.L.C, I protected sensitive student, administrative, and financial records while monitoring system integrity, validating digital record systems, and resolving access and application issues. I've also built a Windows and Linux security home lab and completed phishing-analysis work focused on threat vectors and detection checklists.
