At Crisil Ltd, embedded into S&P Global Ratings, I work as a Lead Editor supporting U.S. Structured Finance. I developed Generative AI prompting frameworks to automate press releases from financial reports, cutting production time by an average of 20 minutes per document.

I also guided the team through a new content authoring platform rollout, identifying software bugs and creating daily workarounds to protect publishing schedules and meet SLAs. U.S. editorial leadership selected me to train and onboard new hires across the Crisil GAC team and S&PGR corporate staff.

At Naevus Management Services LLP, I built a content services firm and established media, academic, and corporate marketing text divisions. I recruited and directed a 45-person team and managed the business with full P&L accountability.
