I've helped launch Black Panther Kampala, producing high-quality food and pastries for its buffet and kitchen service.

In the main and BBQ kitchens, I led a three-person morning shift preparing mise en place for night service. I produced pan-fried goat, chicken, pork, stir-fried chicken and beef, Alfredo, arrabiata, and pizzas.

As Chef de Partie in the pastry section, I supervised the production and presentation of cookies, bread, burger buns, tartlets, éclairs, and cakes.

At Josamat Confectionery, I co-founded and developed a bakery operation producing bread, buns, ceremonial cakes, and queen cakes. I led a three-member team, maintained food safety and quality control, and built repeat customer demand over five years.
