I am a Senior Wayleave and Land Surveyor with extensive experience in land acquisition, transmission line wayleaves, GIS mapping, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale energy infrastructure projects. I coordinate nationwide wayleave acquisition activities and lead reconnaissance surveys, route mapping, and preparation of wayleave drawings.
I have supported and led multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory, environmental, and social compliance, including data collection for EIA and RAP deliverables. I am experienced with GPS/DGPS, ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and I perform vegetation control inspections and GIS data processing for route optimization.
I was nominated by the Energy Regulation Board to represent Zambia and ZESCO in developing the Wayleave Code of Practice (2019 revision), and I have contributed to major projects such as the Zambia–Malawi 132kV transmission line and multiple substations and OHL projects nationwide.
