I am an innovative and forward-thinking engineering graduate with a strong background in leadership and education. Currently, I serve as the Principal at Tayo Academy, where I lead a dedicated team to achieve academic excellence. My role involves planning the academic year, ensuring staff punctuality, and fostering positive relationships between parents and staff. I am committed to maintaining high educational standards and actively participate in principal meetings to stay updated with the ministry of education's activities.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a chemistry and mathematics teacher during my National Youth Service. I focused on instilling discipline and organizing engaging learning activities, such as debates and quizzes, to enhance student learning. My engineering background includes an internship at Gaiwan and Associates, where I contributed to significant projects in dam and road construction, utilizing software like AutoCAD and Quikgrid for technical tasks.
