What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a payment operations role where I can manage transaction flows, investigate payment issues, collaborate with banks and PSPs, and support fraud prevention, risk, and compliance processes.

I'm managing daily deposit and withdrawal operations for a confidential digital payments platform, processing 200–250 transactions daily and up to 500 during peak periods. I investigate failed transactions, coordinate with banks and PSPs, and reconcile balances across internal and external platforms.
