What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition my SOC monitoring, incident triage, Splunk, and firewall administration experience into a Network Security Engineer role.

I'm currently monitoring carrier-grade telecom infrastructure at Umniah By Beyon, using Splunk to investigate security alerts, analyze network traffic, and triage potential incidents.

I support Fortinet FortiGate customer requests through authorized rule updates, policy modifications, and access-control changes, while helping tune Splunk correlation rules, dashboards, and alert thresholds to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.

Previously at Arab Telemedia Group, I administered Sophos firewall policies, supported Microsoft 365 and infrastructure operations, and maintained troubleshooting documentation. I'm building on this operational security foundation as I transition toward Network Security Engineer work.
