At A10 Networks, I troubleshoot urgent issues in customers’ mission-critical environments and investigate root causes. I work with customers worldwide on application delivery and network security technologies.
I reproduce and test complex customer setups in a lab, validate fixes, and communicate with Development and R&D teams on firmware features and bugs. I also work with Sales Engineers on proof-of-concept setups for sensitive environments.
At Vodafone ISP, I managed, operated, and monitored the backbone IP core network carrying the Netherlands’ internet traffic. I investigated national outages and worked with protocols including MPLS LDP, IS-IS, and MP-BGP.
Earlier, at Routz and AnyLinq, I worked on network design and implementation projects, including WiFi deployments and network infrastructure for government municipalities and private-sector organizations. My certifications include A10, Cisco, and Huawei credentials.
