At Verbaflo AI, I designed and shipped AutoPilot, VerbaFlo’s AI workflow automation builder, from 0 to production as the sole designer. I owned the end-to-end design, including agentic flows with entry triggers, conditional branching, multi-channel nodes, and human-in-the-loop overrides; v1 shipped to four enterprise clients with no support escalations on the core flow.
I also redesigned the Analytics dashboard with channel comparison views, funnel reporting, and conversation-level drill-downs. From scratch, I built VerbaFlo’s design system, including token-based scales, a component library, interaction patterns, and developer handoff documentation.
At Tiggo.co, I designed the core product end-to-end: AI-assisted, data-driven workflows for RFP creation and project management across municipalities. I led UX for two products, improving RFP creation efficiency by 40%, validated through a live town council POC, and built a Figma design system of more than 100 screens.
At DesignOGC, I led an end-to-end website redesign informed by more than 20 user interviews and iterative testing. On a project called Arbuun, I built a working prototype for Reference Layer for Built Environment using Claude Code, combining data visualization with contextual storytelling.
