I want to keep supporting clients remotely by owning calendars, email and social communication, coordinating outreach/research, and resolving day-to-day issues. I’m looking for a role where I can learn new skills, take on new challenges, and help operations run smoothly.

I’m a versatile, reliable virtual executive assistant with hands-on experience supporting clients in the US, UK, Mexico, and Australia. I bring a strong mix of customer service, administrative support, and IT-operations-style troubleshooting—always aiming for smooth communication and clean follow-through.

In my role as Virtual Executive Assistant (RD Land-Remote), I scheduled meetings and prepared detailed notes for follow-ups, managed email and social media correspondence, and handled issue resolution for refunds, billing, and subscription changes. I also supported outreach and research through data scraping, organized Gmail and Drive, managed calendars and personal appointments, and built content and automations using Klaviyo/Wix with Canva.
