I've owned the complete accounting function at Oceans Xyz LLC, building its QuickBooks Online chart of accounts, close process, internal controls, and reporting foundation as the company grew revenue by 1,500% over three years.
I led month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and audit-ready schedules. I also recovered more than $250K in payment errors and duplicate payroll disbursements while reducing unnecessary operating expenses by 20%.
