I am a dedicated and results-driven Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) professional with a Master’s Degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geology from Makerere University. I bring hands-on experience in HSE compliance, geological assessments, drilling supervision, and environmental monitoring, with a strong ability to translate policies into practical field solutions.

As a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer at George & Co Ltd, I strengthen safety through internal audits, risk assessments, site inspections, environmental monitoring, and safety training, and I support incident management with clear HSE reporting. Previously, as a Drilling Supervisor & Surveyor Trainee at Geobot Group Ltd, I supported borehole design and geophysical surveying (including VES) while interpreting hydrogeological data to guide drilling decisions. I also coordinate trainees during field training at Makerere University DRIAR Training School, supporting hands-on learning and technical delivery.
